It’s fun, engaging, and promotes personal development.
We select tools from many resources including yoga, breathing techniques, stories, games and mindful practices to promote a growth mindset.
Our weekly story selection supports our message in a kid-friendly format. We assign “lifework” to give our students an opportunity to practice what they learn on the mat in their daily activities.
